Questionnaires or issues presented to me can sometimes be resolved by renewing a service or product (innovation). Sometimes this is not possible or is it more efficient to develop and implement a new service or product (disruptive innovation).

These innovations relate to methodologies, software applications, or a new service or product that is of added value for solving the problem or questioning.
Some examples are:

  • Business Support; An integrated service where customers can see their contracts and appointments and receive newsletters, where they can send functional questions to a dedicated consultant.
